Data controller
Schedulerpacketgrid is the controller for personal data collected through schedulerpacketgrid.digital. Registered correspondence: 37 Stone St; Craigmyle Ho.; AB31 3AX; United Kingdom. Email info@schedulerpacketgrid.digital. Telephone 077 0865 8786.
What we collect
If you send the contact or programme form, we receive the name, email, optional topic, and message you type. Our demonstration endpoint stores nothing durable; in production we would keep the message in a restricted inbox in order to reply. Server logs of the host may include IP address, browser type, and requested path for security.
If you accept optional analytics cookies, we may record aggregated page counts. If you reject them, the site still functions. See the cookie notice.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process enquiry data to respond to you (legitimate interests in running a teaching studio, or steps toward a contract if you ask for a seat). We process essential cookie data to remember your banner choice (legitimate interests in respecting that choice). Optional analytics, if enabled, run only with consent.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 18 months after the last reply, unless a later enrolment requires a longer student file. Banner choices stay in your browser until you clear storage. Security logs follow the host’s rotation, typically under 90 days. We do not keep a marketing list from this form unless you later ask to join the alumni mailing list in a separate message.
Your rights
Under United Kingdom data protection law you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise rights, write to info@schedulerpacketgrid.digital with enough detail for us to find your record.
International transfers
This static site may be served from infrastructure outside the United Kingdom. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; images may be requested from Unsplash, Pexels, or similar public hosts. Those providers process the technical data inherent in a request. If we later use a mailbox or video tool outside the UK for teaching, we will say so in the enrolment letter and use an appropriate transfer mechanism.
Children
Programmes are aimed at working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this site.
Updates
We will change this notice when our processing changes. The date above is the current version.
