What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site asks your browser to keep. Similar storage, such as localStorage, can hold a preference without setting a traditional cookie. On this site the consent choice is kept in localStorage under the key schedulerpacketgrid_cookie_consent.
Types we use
Essential storage remembers whether you pressed Accept or Reject so the banner does not return every visit. It is not used to profile you. Analytics cookies, if you accept, would help us count which essays are read; they are not required to browse programmes, read legal pages, or send a form. Rejecting does not hide fees, forms, or course pages.
Cookies and similar storage
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| schedulerpacketgrid_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject from the banner | Until you clear site data | Schedulerpacketgrid (first party, localStorage) |
| spg_page_hint (only if accepted) | Optional aggregate count of page views for studio planning | 6 months | Schedulerpacketgrid (first party) |
| Fonts / image CDN requests | Deliver typefaces and photographs; may set third-party cookies according to those hosts | Set by the host | Google Fonts, Unsplash, Pexels, and similar |
How to manage or disable
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. To change later, clear this site’s data in your browser settings; the banner will appear again. You can also block cookies entirely in the browser; essential preference storage may then fail, and you may see the banner more often. Instruction pages for major browsers are published by those vendors.
Third-party cookies
We do not run an advertising network. Embedded fonts and remote images may still involve third-party cookies or similar identifiers outside our control. Their notices apply to that traffic. We do not load extra marketing pixels when you reject analytics.
Impact of disabling
Disabling optional analytics means we will not use the optional page-hint storage. The site, including contact forms and the Packet Ledger syllabus, remains available. Blocking all storage may also block the consent flag itself, which is inconvenient but not a reason we withhold content.
Personal data connected with cookies is described in the privacy notice.
